Shipping

We will send your package by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or by independant Courier - depending on size, weight and value. We will only send items adequately insured and requiring a signature on delivery. Tracking numbers are available on request.

we also offer next day delivery before 9am this will incur a charge of £9.00 to the total should you wish to use this service.

Returns and refunds

It is our aim to offer you value and quality at low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to our store within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original unopened packaging, together with the receipt. We will exchange it or offer you a full refund. If you decide within 7 days that you would like to return an item purchased from this website, you can either return it to our store in person or by courier/postal service at your cost, however - if the item is being returned due to damage, we will pay the pre-approved, between ourselves, postage costs. Any product which is damaged on receipt must be reported to both ourselves and the delivering company immediately. Please check your item before signing as a damaged item which is signed for as being received undamaged cannot be returned. A replacement will not be sent out until the damaged product has been returned to ourselves and checked. As stated above, we will not pay for the cost of returning the item to us.We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking charge for cancelled orders and opened products. Some products are excluded from our 7-day money back guarantee. These are clearly marked by a (*) next to the product name.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to our store, or we can arrange collection free of charge. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner, though the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Services that are to be provided within 7 working days. If you have agreed that the service will start before the end of the cooling-off period you will not be entitled to cancel once the service has started, but the trader MUST tell you this in writing.

Goods made to your personal requirements or specifications are not covered by this cooling off period (i.e. specially made wiring looms,custom software)

Product warranty

TOPH technik warrants this product is free from defects in material and workmanship, for so long as the product is owned by the original consumer purchaser. If, during the 24 months warranty period, this product proves to be defective TOPH technik will remedy the defect by either repairing or replacing the product or its defective parts, at TOPH technik’s option. If you need warranty service, you must send the product, together with evidence that you are the the original purchaser of the product, postage prepaid to TOPH techink at the address given. When supplying a replacement product under this warranty, TOPH technik reserves the right to substitute product of comparable value and design for discontinued products. TOPH technik does not assume any responsibility of failures, breakages or causes which result in abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly or installation or other causes beyond TOPH techniks reasonable control.TOPH technik excludes and will not pay any incidental and consequential damages. By this TOPH technik means any loss, expense or damage, other than to the product its self that may result from a defect in the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country or state to state.
